Will my dog be in a play yard with other dogs during playtime?

At this time, unless dogs are from the same family we do not release them in a yard with pets from other families.  We do this for several reasons.  First, even the most socialized pets can have a bad day or meet another pet with whom they do not get along.  We do not want to take this risk with your pet(s).  In addition, we enjoy using this time for one-on-one bonding time with your dog.  This allows us to form a deeper, more personal bond with you pet, allowing your pet more confidence and comfort during their stays with us.

Do you have suites?

We have several types of suites to accommodate your pet’s needs.  Our Bungalows are specifically designed for small to medium guests.  Luxury and Crystals suites are suitable for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Cats are welcome in the Luxury Suites as well. All suites are indoor and include a play/activity package in addition to regular walks to go potty to ensure ample exercise and outdoor time for your pet(s).

What should I bring for my pets stay?

We welcome you to bring the following items for your pet’s stay:

  • Current Food/Treats that they enjoy (recommended)

  • Any medications your pet is currently taking

  • A couple of your pets favorite toys from home to further enrich their stay with us

Should I bring my pets food?

A change in diet can cause some digestive upset and therefore we strongly encourage you to bring your pet’s food.  We ask that you bring their food in a sealed, labeled container.  Please make sure that your pet has enough for their entire stay with us plus an additional 1-2 days worth in the event of travel challenges, inclement weather, etc. that may lengthen the stay.

My pet is on medications for a health condition.  Can you still care for my pet?

We are happy to accommodate for most medications and health needs.  Please contact us directly so that we can discuss your pets' condition and specific healthcare needs together.  You can reach us at 618-632-8008.

Can my pets stay together in the same run or room?

Yes, if your pets live in the same home and get along with one another, they are welcome to stay together in the same facility.  We ask that if they are ever aggressive or temperamental with one another that you advise us of this as we would then recommend separate accommodations.  If they need to be separated to feed, please also notify us of this and we are happy to accommodate.

What is your minimum age for daycare and boarding puppies and kittens?

We accept puppies and kittens at 8 weeks of age. At this age however, they will need to stay in one of our private suite accommodations for their safety and that of the others staying with us. These rooms are more private and limit their exposure to other pets and any possible contagions as they build their immune systems.

Do you board other pets?

We do board bunnies, ferrets, guinea pigs, and other small mammals.  In addition, we care for birds.  We will also care for lizards depending on the requirements of the care schedule and feeding.  You can reach us at 618-632-8008 with questions.
